Standard Callout/Onsite Rate:
$77 per hour, including the first 30 minutes work and metropolitan travel, or $25 callout and $77 per hr. Our minimum charge its $55. (All of our Rates include GST.)
Standard Workshop Rate:
$55 per hour minimum, i.e., the first hours work or part there of, for systems delivered to and collected from our premises. After first hour our rate is charged in 15 minute increments. This is for all work on Macs, PCs, laptops, iPods, etc. This does not include work on servers or networks.
Please note that is not a “while you wait” service, unless pre-arranged. If your computer needs to be picked up and or returned then charges apply, - $25 each way for the metropolitan area, and will be charged accordingly.
MYOB
$75 per hour, i.e., our highly qualified MYOB specialist on site, this does not include a callout fee, which would be charged at our standard rate.

Country Callouts:
These incur a travel time fee at the rate of $55 per hour, work rates are our standard rates as listed above. Country clients can reduce the travel fee by arranging for others to access our services whilst we are in your area, then we can divide the travel time to you location among all of the clients seen.
Help Desk, Telephone & Email Support:
$55 per hour, in 15 minute increments.
We provide call back telephone support; Email support, help desk and computer problem solving. This support is charged at 15 minute minimum increments. If we cannot provide a solution immediately, then the costs include the research time required, once the solution is found we call or email you back and provide said solution. After hours support is charged at 1.5x
A service contract with us includes Telephone and Email Support.
Service Contract / Support Contract:
A service contract with us engages us as your IT support, this gives you access to secure parts of our website, includes Email and Telephone support, and access to a technician onsite within 4 hours (max.) if required. Onsite work is charged at our usual rate.
Website Development
$55 per hour. We can provide you with a range of options to create or improve your web-site. From ground up graphical design, to installation, configuration and training with a Content Management System. Effectively, we can improve your business by enhancing your online presence.

After Hours - Hourly Rate: 1.5x
This applies to any work required to be carried out before 8am or after 6pm Monday to Friday. The exception to this is if we are already working on site, when the after hours rate comes into effect 1.5 hours later.
Sundays and Public Holidays: 2x
We generally do not work on Sundays or public holidays, but if required then any callout, onsite or workshop work carried out on these days will be charged at double our standard callout rate.
Networking and Servers Rate:
$121 per hour, as networking and server administration due to the skills required and additional complexity involved in such work. This is relevant to wired & wireless networks alike.
Standard Delivery Fees:
$ 25 delivery fee applies for all products ordered over the phone or in consultation that require delivery to the Perth metropolitan area. No fee applies if said purchase it being integrated into a location, in such cases integration and setup is charged at our standard hourly rate and will be charged and invoiced accordingly.

Quotes for Systems:
Please call or email for an obligation free quote. All quote provided are valid for 7 days only, if you exceed this timeframe the prices may change and subsequent quote will be required. Be sure to order within the 7 day period. A 30% cleared funds deposit is required on all system orders as an assurance of your commitment to purchase, the residual to be paid on receipt of the system.
Terms and conditions:
Business Accounts - all business accounts are strictly 5 days net.
