Computer Back ups:
Backing up your computer is very a important and an all too often under rated process.
Many people think that their computer system is fine, their data is safe and they need not worry because their computer is so efficient and quick. Invariably their data is not as safe as they think. The data, photos, letters, music, documents, etc, are only really safe if they are back up or copied off to an external location, be it an external hard drive, USB drive, a CD, DVD or BlueRay Disk.
Apple think that backing up is so important that they build a back system called Time Machine, into their Operating system. This facility will only back up to an external device, preferably an external hard drive. Microsoft have finally caught up with Apple and now, in Windows 7, have implemented a backup system that also will only back up to and external drive.

- This is important for all computer owners and users.
- If your Windows system gets a virus or experiences some sort of hardware failure, like hard drive failure, then your important and valuable information could be lost forever. Get a backup device like and external hard drive as soon as you can and implement a Backup strategy that will secure your data
